What does the bespoke jewelry process look like - step by step?
First, we learn about your needs, the occasion, and your budget. Then we propose an initial concept and materials. Once the design is approved, we prepare visualisations/a prototype, craft the final piece, and arrange collection or insured delivery.

How long does it take to make bespoke jewelry?
Typically, the process takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, selected materials, and our current workload. If you have a specific date in mind (e.g. a wedding or proposal), it’s best to contact us as early as possible.

Can I bring my own gold or gemstones to use in the project?
Absolutely – we can work with your gold or stones. During the consultation, we’ll assess their condition, the possibilities for repurposing, and recommend the best direction for the new design.

Can I order a design or book a consultation remotely, without visiting the studio?
Yes – we can work with you online via email or a video call. We’ll share inspirations, confirm the details, and once your jewelry is ready, we’ll send it to you via insured courier delivery to your chosen address.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes – we provide a 5-year warranty on our jewelry. It covers material and craftsmanship defects revealed during normal wear. After the warranty period, you’re still welcome to use our service – from refreshing your piece to more complex repairs.
